
LEADERsHIP
The Executive Committee is the group responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Headed by the Chairman, it is made up of officers elected by the National Committee and directors and members appointed by the Board.
The State Board, on the other hand, is the organization's governing body. It is made up of District Chairs and chapter presidents. The State Board sets the High School Republican Federation of Virginia's overall direction and policies and works to support and coordinate the efforts of the state and local chapters.

Kellen habibelahy
Kellen is the Chairman of the High School Republican Federation of Virginia and is also a member of the Republican Party of Virginia's State Central Committee, making him the youngest party committeeman in the United States. He was formerly the Tenth Congressional District Chair in Virginia, where his chapter became the largest in the state within weeks using his outreach strategies. Kellen is a current junior in high school. Kellen has extensive campaign experience, assisting with the Scott Parkinson for Senate campaign and is currently helping all 3 statewide candidates this November. He is dedicated to fighting for and promoting conservative values across the United States. When he's not involved in politics, you can find him participating in student government, DECA, or cross country.

Grayson is the incoming Vice-Chairman for the High School Republican Federation of Virginia and vice chairman of the 4th congressional district. A passionate Republican, Grayson works to maintain relations between the HSRFV and the Virginia GOP, supporting students and campaigns across the Commonwealth. He enjoys being active in political campaigning, and is always eager to connect with voters and boost results for Virginia Republicans.Outside of politics, he can be found in student government, school journalism, long-distance running, or listening to his favorite music.

Secretary
arrington short
Arrington is the incoming secretary for the High School Republicans Federation of Virginia and current chairman for the Ninth District of Virginia. In addition to his role with HSRFV, Arrington has engaged with the conservative movement and local politics through volunteer roles with the Bedford GOP, serving as a Judicial Clerk under Judge Randy Krantz, and interning as a High School Fellow at the Heritage Foundation in June 2026. Beyond politics, Arrington enjoys and competes in varsity golf, serves as captain of his school’s scholastic bowl team, and is President of the SCA Executive Board as a Senior at Staunton River High School.
